| What if I don’t have any contacts to upload, how do I get credits then? |
| Well simple, put some cash($$$) and you will have the requisite credits to buy data. |

| Explain the credit system, how does it work? |
| For every record of people/company that you create you get to earn 5 pts, if you update a company information you get to earn 5 credits. |

| What if I download a contact and the information is not accurate than what I have? |
| We will appreciate you updating the correct information. Once the update is done we validate the data and if it is found to be correct. You will be assigned the ownership of the record and will also earn 5 credits. The original creator will lose credits and the ownership too. Same for both Company and Contact. |

| Excel upload/download possible. Download is possible only for companies. |

| What is a royalty credit? |
| For every purchase of the record owned by you, you are entitled to earn one royalty credit. |

| It shows you a summary of all the credits that you have accumulated so far. |
